Zoho Social is the social media arm of the Zoho ecosystem — a suite of 45+ business apps covering CRM, email, invoicing, and more. If your business already runs on Zoho, Social slots in neatly: it integrates with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Campaigns out of the box. That ecosystem integration is its main selling point.

But it's also its main limitation. Zoho Social's best value comes when you're already paying for the Zoho suite.
